Digital Growth Yagya provides:
- Meta Ads (primary service)
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Ads
- Google Business Profile Optimization
- Local SEO
- Social Media Marketing
All services will be provided as per the scope discussed and agreed upon with the client.
2️⃣ Payment Terms
✅ Advance Payment: 30% before starting work, 70% before final delivery or campaign launch.
✅ Payment Methods: UPI, Bank Transfer.
✅ GST applicable as per Indian laws (if registered).
✅ Late payment beyond 7 days will incur a 1% monthly late fee.
3️⃣ Refund Policy
- No refunds on completed services.
- Unused prepaid ad budgets may be refunded within 15 days upon written request.
- If the project is canceled before commencement, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted.
4️⃣ Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and timely information, assets, and approvals necessary for campaign execution.
- Grant necessary access to ad accounts, business pages, and relevant platforms.
- Ensure compliance with the platform’s advertising policies.
5️⃣ Intellectual Property
- All strategies, creatives, and ad copies developed by Digital Growth Yagya remain the intellectual property of Digital Growth Yagya unless explicitly transferred in writing.
- Clients are granted a license to use delivered creatives for their business purposes.
6️⃣ Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all business information, campaign data, and sensitive client data confidential and not share it with third parties without prior written consent.
7️⃣ Limitation of Liability
- We strive to deliver the best outcomes but do not guarantee specific leads, sales, or revenue due to market variability.
- Digital Growth Yagya is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.
8️⃣ Termination Policy
- Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ written notice.
- All work completed until the termination date will be chargeable.
- Access to ad accounts will be revoked after settlement of dues.
9️⃣ Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated date.
🔟 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.
