At Digital Growth Yagya, we value transparency and fair business practices. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before availing of our services.
1️⃣ Project Cancellation by Client
✅ Clients can request project cancellation by providing written notice (WhatsApp/Email).
✅ If the project is canceled before the work starts, 90% of the advance payment will be refunded (10% administrative fee will be deducted).
✅ If the project is canceled after work has started, a refund will not be applicable for the work completed.
✅ Unused ad budget amounts may be refunded within 15 days of cancellation upon written request.
2️⃣ Project Cancellation by Digital Growth Yagya
We reserve the right to cancel any project under circumstances including:
- Lack of client communication for 14 days or more
- Client violation of terms or unethical practices.
- Inability to proceed due to unforeseen operational issues.
In such cases:
- We will refund the unutilized portion of the advance payment after deducting charges for work completed and expenses incurred.
3️⃣ Refund Policy
✅ No Refund on Completed Services:
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, once a campaign or service is delivered, refunds will not be issued.
✅ Ad Budget Refunds:
Unused prepaid ad budget amounts may be refunded to the client upon request within 15 days.
✅ Partial Refunds:
In rare cases, if Digital Growth Yagya is unable to deliver services as per the agreed scope (due to our fault), a fair partial refund may be processed.
4️⃣ Processing Time for Refunds
✅ Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
✅ Refunds will be processed via the same mode of payment used by the client.
